Registration

The following registration rules are applied to the World IT 2015. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to secretary of World IT congress (worlditconf.sec@gmail.com)

Registration Deadline

All attendees at World IT 2015 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid until Registration Due Date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to SIs of international journals indexed by SCIE / SCOPUS.

For Non-Korean

  2. 2. After checking your paper ID, title, authors’ name, and e-mail information, please fill up the registration form, and upload your scanned copy of bank-wire receipt as well.

    1. 1. Even if you are non-author, you should use the registration system.
    2. 2. You should create your ID at the system ( - Abstract submission menu)

Registration Fees

Author Registration
    ● Round I
  • Early Registration by Dec. 25, 2014 : $900 USD or ₩870,000 KRW
  • Late registration after Dec. 25, 2014 : $1,000 USD or ₩970,000 KRW

    ● Round II
  • Registration by Jan. 25, 2015: $1,000 USD or ₩970,000 KRW
● To be published in the WorldIT Congress proceeding, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at this author registration rate and the paper must be presented at the conference.
● It includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.


Non-Authors Participation Registration
    ● Round I
    Early Registration by Dec.25, 2014 - $620 USD or ₩600,000 KRW
    Late/on-site registration after Dec. 25, 2014 - $820 USD or ₩800,000 KRW

    ● Round II
    Registration by Jan. 25, 2015: $820 USD or ₩800,000 KRW
● It includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.

Additional Fees
    Extra pages
  • $100 USD or ₩100,000 KRW for one additional page.
  • It is only concerned to the LNEE publication, and page allowance is as follows: maximum 8 pages (Free 6 pages + 2 additional pages for each paper).

  • Copies of proceedings
  • $100 USD or ₩100,000 KRW for one copy of additional proceeding.

  • Banquet Participation
  • $100 USD or ₩100,000 KRW for one person

  • Lunch Participation
  • $50 USD or ₩50,000 KRW for one person

Cancellation Policy

● 50% of the registration fee can be returned within one week after author registration, otherwise, the refund is NOT allowed.
● For authors who want to cancel the registration after the review notification, we only refund 50% of the registration fee within one week after the review notification.
